Computer Aided Design

The DES ART CAD department provides design, consulting and development services for transport vehicles, machines and equipment, supplies technical documentation and runs training courses.

Our services include:

  •     design of high-volume parts made of plastics (stamped, cast and more);
  •     design of welded structures;
  •     design of tools (moulds, stamp tools and more);
  •     design and manufacture of tooling and special instruments;
  •     design and manufacture of special machinery;
  •     design and manufacture of measurement and control devices;
  •     3D laser scanning and release of prototype models available;
  •     reverse engineering.

We provide our services to automotive customers across Europe, North America and Asia. Our engineers are experienced in working for: FORD, JAGUAR, ASTON MARTIN, MAZDA, OPEL, VW, BMW, EATON, DELPHI, LEAR, AUTOSAN, AUTOMET, KARMANN, SOLBUS, PESA and more.

Our specialists have long-standing experience in the application of:

  •     Catia v.5, I-DEAS, NX, Pro-E, Solid Edge, FIDES and AutoCAD

We have diverse experience in constructing parts, subassemblies and assemblies for industries including automotive, railway and shipbuilding, made in any available technology used by our customers. This goes both for finished products and for the tools and production lines where they are made.

Our team has both carried out independent construction tasks, taking an idea from concept to reality, and participated in large concurrent engineering projects.

In partnership with tool shops, depending on customer requirements, we make complete machines, special instruments and prototypes of the equipment we have designed.
